Speed and strength coach. Writer.
I write six-week sprint and power programs for athletes and the parents and coaches who guide them. Short sprints, full rest, lifts that stop with reps in reserve.
Programs
Each program is a printable PDF with an Excel tracker for every session. Test in week 0, train, then retest the same way and compare.

About
I have coached college track and field since 2012, at Muhlenberg, Cumberland, Virginia Wesleyan, Concordia Texas and Flagler, and I have trained high school athletes and adults one on one. I served in the Army and studied at Yale Divinity School. Now I write programs and essays from St. Augustine, Florida, and train in a garage gym under hexagon lights.
